Of course! You will receive an email from Correos with the tracking number when we have sent it. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or write to us and we will provide it to you.

If for any reason after your purchase you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us and let us know by email. Once you have notified us of your intention to return the product and have filled out the withdrawal form (available here ) , the return will be processed.

For the return, we will send you a label that you must stick on the package and send it to us at the address we indicate through any post office. Remember that you have a period of 14 days from the time you notify us of your intention to return the product to send it back to us.

The amount will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when we receive the product and the necessary checks are made.

You will be responsible for the costs associated with the return unless the products are defective.

Resurrection Wear reserves the right to refuse returns that are notified or sent after the specified deadline, or products that are not in the same condition as when they were sent. In this regard, returned products must be in their original condition and retain all labels.

Please write to us as soon as possible and if the order has not left our warehouses we will exchange it without any problem. If it is already on its way or you already have it at home we can exchange it but you will have to assume the costs of the return. Please contact us and we will tell you how to proceed.

In either case, this will only be possible if we have stock available in the size you want.

Send us a photo of the incorrect or damaged product with your order number so we can assess your case and manage the return.

Please write to us as soon as possible with your order number and new address and we will do our best to arrange delivery.

Only Click&Collect orders can be collected in person during the event days and at the official merch stand within the festival grounds.

Once the order has been placed, we will get to work to ensure that it arrives at your home as soon as possible. Delivery times are subject to stock availability (if you order a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know). In other cases, the average delivery time is:

We ship all over Spain and Europe. If you cannot find your country of residence, please contact us by email.

If you have not received your order before then, please contact Correos and provide them with your tracking number so they can help you locate it. If you need additional help, please contact us with all the information you have and we will try to help you.

In some cases, the shipping service is unable to deliver your order. This may happen because the address is incomplete or incorrect, or for other reasons beyond our control. When we receive a returned order, we will contact you to arrange a new collection.

Please note that if you enter your address incorrectly, you will have to pay the shipping costs again so that we can resend the package to you.

This depends on many factors. Most of the time when a product is out of stock we do not restock it, but we recommend that you keep an eye on our social networks, if there are stock replenishments we always announce it in advance.

In addition, any surplus stock from the festival is put up for sale on the website a few weeks after the event has passed.

"Click & Collect" (or "Buy online and pick up in store") is a delivery method where the customer buys online and then collects the products at a physical location, in this case at the Resurrection Fest venue :) This option has become popular for offering flexibility and convenience, allowing shoppers to avoid the queues that usually form at the official festival stand.

1. Online purchase: Select the products you wish to purchase and make the payment.

2. Selection of the collection point: During the purchase process, choose the Delivery option: Click&Collect.

3. Collection at the stand: Go to the C&C stand, clearly marked on the venue map, and collect your order by presenting your purchase confirmation.

If you placed your order a few days before the festival, you can pick it up whenever you like. If you placed your order during the event, we recommend giving our crew a couple of hours to have everything ready for your arrival.

The Click&Collect service will be available from Monday, June 9th to Saturday, June 28th, both included.

This is the stand specially set up for this service. Please note! This year it's separate from the official stand. You'll find it clearly marked on the venue map.

If you placed your order a few days before the festival, you can pick it up anytime between Wednesday, June 25th and Saturday, June 28th. If you pick it up during the event, we recommend allowing our crew 2 hours to have everything ready for your arrival.

And remember that if you buy through C&C your items will be reserved and you don't have to wait in unnecessary queues to collect them :)

Orders can be collected until Saturday at 8:00 PM. After this time, all orders will be cancelled. We do not offer refunds.

We always recommend that the person who placed the order comes to pick it up in person, but if due to force majeure this is not possible, you can send someone to pick it up in your place.

Please note that once the order has been delivered, our stand staff will mark it as delivered, and it will be recorded in our system and cannot be collected again.

You can try it on, but we don't do size exchanges or returns.

We recommend that you check the size charts found within each product on the website and compare them with clothes you have at home that fit you well to find the correct size.

You can exchange or return your defective purchases at the C&C stand; please consult our CREW for the procedure.

No, the C&C stock is limited and the complete collection will not be available.

We offer this service to help alleviate some of the queues at the festival, but the priority will always be serving the official stand. You'll find 70% of the merchandise stock there, as well as some exclusive items, such as designer pieces with the lineup printed on the back, and small accessories. If you can't find something at the checkout, we recommend heading to the official stand; you'll most likely find what you're looking for there ;)

The RW25 collection is designed for Resurrection Fest attendees, so festivalgoers have priority access. We always try to make merch available to everyone throughout the year, whenever possible... But if something sells out in Viveiro... you know what to do next year! :P
